1. Introduction
Welcome to Total Auto Aesthetics. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and products. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
2. Services Provided
Total Auto Aesthetics provides auto body repair, detailing, painting, and other related services for motor vehicles. The specific services we offer will be outlined in a separate agreement or estimate provided to you prior to work commencing.
3. Estimates and Pricing
- All service estimates provided are approximate and based on the information available at the time.
- Final charges may differ from the estimate based on unforeseen damage or additional services requested.
- Prices for services are subject to change without notice. We will notify you of any price adjustments before proceeding with the work.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Approval and Authorization
- You authorize Total Auto Aesthetics to perform the services described in the estimate or agreement, and to test and inspect the vehicle as necessary to complete the work.
- Any additional repairs or services not included in the original estimate will be subject to your approval before proceeding.
5. Liability and Warranty
- Total Auto Aesthetics is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle or for damages that occur as a result of third-party actions after the vehicle is returned to you.
- We provide a limited warranty on our workmanship for a period of 7 days from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in the repair work but does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or natural wear and tear.
- We are not liable for any damages caused by faulty parts that were provided by the customer or third parties.
6. Vehicle Drop-off and Pick-up
- It is your responsibility to deliver the vehicle to us in a timely manner and to pick it up as soon as the work is completed.
- If your vehicle is not picked up within 42 hours after completion of the work, a storage fee of $100 CAD per day will be applied.
- We will make every effort to complete the repairs in a timely manner, but we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
7. Payment Terms
- 50% deposit is due upon booking your appointment. Remaining payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged.
- Accepted payment methods include cash and E-Transfer.
- Any outstanding invoices not paid within 42 hours may be subject to late fees or collections.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the condition of your vehicle when you drop it off. Please remove all personal items before leaving the vehicle with us.
- You must ensure that the vehicle is free from any legal holds, liens, or other encumbrances that could prevent us from performing work on it.
- You are responsible for maintaining insurance on your vehicle. In the case of theft, fire, or other damage to the vehicle while it is in our care, our liability is limited to the cost of the repair work performed.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of servicing your vehicle and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
10. Termination and Cancellations
- You may cancel services at any time before the work begins; however, you may be responsible for any costs incurred up to that point.
- If you cancel a service after work has commenced, you may be liable for payment for the work already completed.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel agreements if we believe our services are being misused or if payments are not made according to the agreed terms.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Total Auto Aesthetics, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and liabilities arising from your use of our services, including any third-party claims related to your vehicle.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada Ontario. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
